Because all Mana Management products (the Built to Last ebook, the Starter Guide, and the Build Your Brand course) are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued or accessed.

 

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your download (a corrupted file, a broken link, or a missing file), contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right by re-sending the file or resolving the access issue at no cost to you.

 

Build Your Brand — Founding Cohort: Founding Cohort enrollment is a presale for a course being delivered in stages. Module 1 is delivered instantly as a designed digital pack. Because you are receiving immediate access to real content and locking in founding pricing, Founding Cohort purchases are non-refundable once Module 1 has been delivered, except in the case of a technical delivery issue as described above.
